Built and operated by Civitek™, VeritekFL™ replaces what has historically been a slow, 67-county manual process with one modern, unified data service.
VeritekFL™ uses the Comprehensive Case Information System (CCIS) — a statewide aggregation of court data compiled from all 67 Florida Clerks of Court and updated nightly. Queries are submitted by name, date of birth, and an optional last-four SSN, returning standardized statewide criminal case results through a synchronous connection tested at under four seconds.
VeritekFL™ is API-only, purpose-built for direct integration into existing background screening platforms and workflows — not a manual search portal.

Coverage includes Felony (CF), Misdemeanor (MM), and Criminal Traffic (CT) case types — the categories approved for public access under Florida Supreme Court rules. Juvenile delinquency records, civil/traffic infractions, and case documents or images are not included.
